As India’s largest total ash management organization, our role goes far beyond simple material supply. We deliver deep technical expertise built on three decades of hands-on industry experience, giving our team a precise understanding of how ultra-fine fly ash enhances modern construction projects.
Superpozz P500 is our ultra-fine fly ash, engineered specifically for high-performance concrete and cement-based systems.
Superpozz P500 is built for contractors and concrete producers who need consistent results, better strength, and long-term durability.
Its alumina-silicate-rich composition makes it highly reactive. When added to a cement mix, it bonds more effectively, strengthens the system from within, and holds up better over time, even in challenging environments.
P500 doesn’t just fill space, it actively participates in the hydration process. Its ultra-fine particles react with calcium hydroxide to form additional calcium-silicate-hydrate (C-S-H) gel, delivering:
Proven performance with +3% 28-day strength compared to microsilica in MAHSR M50 trials.
Up to 20% lower permeability than microsilica, effectively blocking chloride and chemical ingress.
Spherical particles reduce friction, enabling smoother flow, lower pump pressure, and reduced water and admixture demand.
Spherical particles pack perfectly into the aggregate-paste transition zone, turning the weakest region into the strongest.
Production strictly complies with IS 19058:2024, where mechanical grinding is completely prohibited. The material is processed entirely in its natural state to maintain mineral integrity.
By avoiding grinding, particles retain their natural spherical microstructure. These spheres act as microscopic ball bearings, improving rheology and workability while reducing water and admixture demand.
| Feature | Standard Classified Fly Ash (IS 3812) |
Superpozz P500 (IS 19058:2024) |
|---|---|---|
| Transition Zone | Coarser particles leave voids, increasing permeability | Spherical particles pack tightly, turning the weakest zone into the strongest |
| Permeability | Standard pore refinement | Superior reduction—up to 20% lower than microsilica |
| Strength | Later-age pozzolanic gain | Higher early and later strength (+3% at 28 days in M50 trials) |
| Workability | Improves heat and flow vs. cement | Enhanced rheology, lower pump pressure, silica-fume performance with less water and admixtures |
SUPERPOZZ P500 is developed to meet the requirements of IS 19058:2024. It also complies with IS 3812 Part 1, ASTM C618 Class F, and BS EN 450-S standards.
